Wholesale Policy Sheet

Thank you for choosing Güzel Cakes Gourmet Desserts as your wholesale partner. This Wholesale Policy Sheet outlines the terms and conditions for wholesale customers. By placing an order with us, you agree to adhere to the policies mentioned below:

Wholesale Accounts: 

  • a. To qualify for a wholesale account, you must operate a registered business with a valid Tax ID or EIN (Employer Identification Number). 

  • b. New wholesale customers are required to complete a Wholesale Account Application, providing all necessary information for review and approval & Non-Compete Agreement.


  • a. Minimum Order Requirement for Delivery: To qualify for delivery, we have established a minimum order requirement based on the distance. This ensures that you can enjoy the convenience of our delivery service while meeting the minimum criteria that vary depending on your location. 

  • b. Order Placement: Orders can be placed through our website, email, or phone. 

  • c. Order Confirmation: Once we receive your order, we will send you an order confirmation invoice with the total amount, including any applicable taxes, shipping fees, and discounts. 

  • d. Changes to Orders: Changes to orders must be requested within 24 hours after the initial order placement and are subject to approval.

Pricing and Payment: 

  • a. Wholesale Pricing: Wholesale pricing is available to approved wholesale customers. Please contact us for our current wholesale price list. 

  • b. Payment Terms: Payment is due within 10 days (net 10) after delivery. 

  • c. Payment Methods: We accept payments through credit cards, electronic invoicing,  bank transfers, or other agreed-upon methods. 

  • d. Late Payments: Any late payments may incur penalties or result in the suspension of your wholesale account.

Shipping and Delivery: 

  • a. Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are the responsibility of the wholesale customer and will be added to the order total. 

  • b. Shipping Methods: We use reputable shipping carriers to deliver orders. The choice of carrier will be based on factors such as destination, order size, and customer preference. 

  • c. Delivery Time: We strive to process and ship orders within the specified time frame. Delivery times may vary based on the shipping carrier and destination.

  • d. Damaged Shipments: Please inspect all packages upon delivery. If any items are damaged, please notify us within 2 business days and provide supporting documentation (photographs, etc.) to initiate a claim.

Returns and Exchanges: 

  • a. Returns: We do not accept returns on wholesale orders unless there is a manufacturing defect or error on our part. 

  • b. Exchanges: Exchanges are only allowed for damaged or defective items. Please contact us within 2 business days to initiate an exchange.

Product Information and Shelf Life: 

  • a. Product Descriptions: We provide detailed product descriptions and ingredients lists for all our desserts. Please review them to ensure compliance with any dietary restrictions or allergens. 

  • b. Shelf Life: Our desserts are made fresh and have a specific shelf life. We will provide you with the appropriate shelf life information for each product.

Marketing and Branding: 

  • a. Resale and Branding: You may resell our desserts under your brand name or label, provided that you comply with all applicable laws and regulations and do not misrepresent the origin or quality of the products. 

  • b. Marketing Materials: We may provide you with marketing materials such as product images and descriptions to assist with your promotional efforts. These materials may not be altered without our consent.


  • a. Confidential Information: Any information shared by either party during the course of this wholesale partnership shall be treated as confidential and may not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.


  • a. Either party may terminate this wholesale agreement with written notice. The termination will be effective immediately upon notice.

  • b. Upon termination, any outstanding payments or obligations must be settled.
